Guided Relaxation / Guided Meditation:
Breathe and direct your thoughts to contacting God.
Bible verse for meditation:
ESV
9 And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for
you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will
in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
10 so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to
him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the
knowledge of God;
11 being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious
might, for all endurance and patience with joy;
12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in
the inheritance of the saints in light.
KVJ
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease
to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the
knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual
understanding;
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being
fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of
God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power,
unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be
partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:

Meditation on scripture / bible verse meditation:
As I have walked many sad paths with those people I visit, I have found gratitude to be the most meaningful way of finding joy. Gratitude for all things helps This scripture was recommended to me by someone who emailed me through my website ChristianMeditationPodcast.com/contact. I really love it. It summarizes a very powerful message. Regardless of our own failings, weakness and desire to sin, God can inspire our minds with clarity so that we can take action. As we take action consistent with His spirit we can be worthy.
Meditation of Prayer:
Pray as directed by the Spirit.
Dedicate these moments to the patient waiting, when you feel ready
ask God for understanding you desire from Him.
Meditation of God and His Glory / Hesychasm:
I invite you to sit in silence feeling being patient for your own
faults and trials.
Summarize what insights you have gained during this meditation:
Meditate and Visualize Positive Change in Your Life:
Final Question: When is a time where you have most felt the Love of
God?
Very few people are given a glimpse into heaven. Perhaps this is a blessing because then our hearts would constantly yearn to feel more of that love in this life. Fortunately or unfortunately, most of us rely on faith. As we learn to live with God and open our hearts in faith to Him, we can feel touches of this in this life until we can proclaim as this scripture does that we would willingly serve as the most lowly servant in heaven just to be able to spend time with him. As we ponder how wonderful this will be we better understand the love of God. He invites us to have all that He has. I know from so many different interactions, that when we die we will finally understand how much he loves us. We will see those we love and we will see God and be caught forever in His love.
