Guided Relaxation / Guided Meditation:Imagine flying 
Bible verse for meditation:NABRE 28 Do you not know?    Have you not heard?The Lord is God from of old,    creator of the ends of the earth.He does not faint or grow weary,    and his knowledge is beyond scrutiny.29 He gives power to the faint,    abundant strength to the weak.30 Though young men faint and grow weary,    and youths stagger and fall,31 They that hope in the Lord will renew their strength,    they will soar on eagles’ wings;They will run and not grow weary,    walk and not grow faint.

ESV28 Have you not known? Have you not heard?The Lord is the everlasting God,    the Creator of the ends of the earth.He does not faint or grow weary;    his understanding is unsearchable.29 He gives power to the faint,    and to him who has no might he increases strength.30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,    and young men shall fall exhausted;31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;    they shall mount up with wings like eagles;they shall run and not be weary;    they shall walk and not faint

Meditation on scripture / bible verse meditation:This particular scripture was recommended by a new friend of mine named Sue. I am so glad to cover it because this has often been such a beautiful scripture. Humans have long envied the flight of birds. Through different machines we have gained a perspective of the world as never before. I watched the launch of a shared Mission of NASA and the German Space program. During the launch a camera on the rocket captured the view of the earth as grew ever more distant from the rocket. In a matter of minutes the rocket provided a view of the curvature of the earth and then the air around the rocket grew darker blue and finally black. It is amazing to see such a dramatic change in perspective. We gain a new perspective about our place in the word. Perhaps this is why flight has been so compelling for us as humans. I imagine how amazing it would be to fly as free as an eagle. From that height you could see for miles, distant mountains. High clouds, observing the earth grow small. As I think about this view as well as that from the rocket, I imagine how limited this view is compared to the perspective God has of our earth. This scripture points out that he is the creator of this earth. He observed the foundations of this world and its change over time. Isaiah is careful to point out the vast difference in the powers of God. Despite his role as creator and his ability to see the whole world at once he never tires. Despite this, as humans even in our prime we tire from doing nothing more than moving slowly along the surface of the earth while running, we are not able to move mountains with our strength or fly or any other things. Any truly great things we aspire to are through the power of God. Through his power we can run beyond our own strength and accomplish things that we could never conceive of. To those who have no power he gives power to overcome. He makes the weak mighty and how fortunate we are to have such a creator and such a God. 
Meditation of Prayer:Pray as directed by the Spirit.Dedicate these moments to the patient waiting, when you feel ready ask God for understanding you desire from Him.
