Guided Relaxation / Guided Meditation:Feel the air come in and out of your lungs. Don’t force the air in and out of you. If you feel stressed just think of the God and how he has made himself known to you and let Him sooth you as you feel calmed. If you have tense muscles just try and feel the love that God has for you and know that you are on His earth. You are breathing His air into your lungs right now. Know that He loves you and suffered for your sins and he knows you and loves you. On that note we are going to appreciate 1 thing he has done for us.
Bible verse for meditation:KJV2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
ESV2 And behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow. 4 And for fear of him the guards trembled and became like dead men. 5 But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. See, I have told you."
