Bible verse for meditation:
KJV
3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
4 Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
NIV
3 The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
4 Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negev.
5 Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.
6He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.

Meditation on scripture / bible verse meditation:Today's episode
Mark's a year of producing this podcast. I feel as David says here.
God has been good to us and we are full of joy. During this first
year of the podcast I have heard from so many people expressing
deep profound challenges and trials. Horrible sadness brought on
Suicide, death, terminal illness, domestic violence, depression,
anxiety, financial strain and many other issues. Each of you in
your way has reported feeling blessed by these simple recordings. I
also feel blessed by them. I am encouraged and strengthened by
making this podcast. I am grateful to a God who can take
someone of such average ability such as myself and do a marvelous
work in the lives od so many thousands of people. There were 15,000
people who listened in April, most of which are through podcasting
apps. The podcast has spanned the globe and been downloaded in over
117 countries last I checked a few weeks ago. These countries
include Russia, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, over 15 countries in
Africa, Almost every country in Europe and half the countries in
South America. I never thought that I had anything to say that
would be meaningful to such a wide group of believers. For this
reason I focus myself grateful to God to take a lump of clay like
me and to bring joy and peace to those who have sowed tears. It is
not through what words are contained here but for the relationship
that you are developing with God as you study His words and pray
directly to Him after stripping away all distractions. If toy
heater these words and still find yourself overcome with sadness.
If you still are metaphorically planting seeds of tears, know this.
God is faithful. He will have your testa grow into mighty trees of
faith and glory being filled with joy. Thanks be to God for his
everlasting mercy on you and on me.
Meditation of Prayer:Pray as directed by the Spirit.Dedicate these
moments to the patient waiting, when you feel ready ask God for
understanding you desire from Him.
Meditation of God and His Glory / Hesychasm:I invite you to sit in
silence feeling being patient for your own faults and
trials.
Meditate and Visualize Positive Change in Your Life:Implement the
kind of change you want to see in your life. Length,
Intensity, Modality, Freshness, Conclusion:Each week.

If you are living through a period of sadness, know this.it will
pass. Take the yoke of Jesus upon you. For his yoke is easy and his
burden is light. Our best hope for joy in this life is by
committing our whole soul to doing what we truly believe that God
wants us to. We grow under His faith driven support. And with His
glory lighting out way we will continue to walk with him eternally
in peace love and joy.
